Integral Powertrain Ltd (IP), manufacturers of world-class, record-breaking electric motors and inverters, announced today that they have entered into a technical partnership with manufacturer PENSKE AUTOSPORT for season 6 of the ABB FIA championship.
Integral Powertrain Ltd’s e-Drive division worked with PENSKE AUTOSPORT to support the development of the Team’s custom high-performance electric powertrain. The powertrain of the PENSKE EV-4 car is a high-power, light-weight, highly efficient electric propulsion system.
Having been involved with the motorsport sector, in particular, electrified motorsport for the past five years, IP is well-positioned to deliver, and support the development of high-performance electrification components tailored to the needs of race teams and manufacturers developing leading-edge electric components of powertrains.

PENSKE AUTOSPORT develops and supplies powertrains for the GEOX DRAGON Formula E Team. GEOX DRAGON has been a mainstay of Formula E since the inaugural season, competing in every race since the lights went out on the first round in Beijing, 2014.
